Frederick J. Micale is a New York-based lawyer whose
practice offers a wide range of experience in international agreements and transactional law. He has, over his extensive 40 year career, represented numerous types of clients ranging from individuals to start-up companies, to well-established domestic and multinational companies.
Mr. Micale is a cum laude graduate of Assumption College. He also is a graduate
of Syracuse University College of Law, where he earned a Juris Doctorate
degree. His Bar Admissions include New York State: United States District
Court, Northern District of New York: United States Supreme Court; and
United States District Court, Southern District of New York.
Mr. Micale has been an Adjunct Professor at Syracuse University
College of Law and is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Syracuse University Whitman School of Management.
He is a member of the American Bar Association and New York State Bar
Association in the Business Law and International Law sections. Mr. Micale is listed in Who's Who in American Law,
as well as the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Mr. Micale has, for over 30 years
received an AV Martindale-Hubbell Rating, the highest rating given,
signifying a lawyer has reached the heights of professional excellence.
Mr. Micale continues to serve as the General Council for numerous
enterprises.
